Juhayna establishes Tiba for Trade & Distribution as the new commercial arm of the group.
Tiba takes over management of Juhayna’s nationwide network of retail outlets, as well as planning and communication strategy functions for local and international clients.

Juhayna boosts production capacity even further with the establishment of its EgyFoods factory to produce drinkable and spoonable yogurt products.

-Juhayna acquires the HACCP certificate El Marwa factory for processing seasonal fruits concentrate and juice products to supply the local and international markets alike.

Juhayna continues its vertical integration by establishing El Enaam for Agriculture development & livestock tasked to the ownership and operations of dairy farms, land reclamation for agriculture, providing fodder for cows and cultivating fruit to produce concentrate.

Juhayna established the Modern Concentrates factory, a HACCP certified, state-of-the-art manufacturing facility specializing in the production of citrus fruits concentrates for both internal and third party supply in Egypt and abroad.
In partnership with global firms likes SIG Combabloc Krones GEA, WILD, and Meurer Juhayna further develops its packaging techniques and establishes El Dawleya factory, the largest juice factory in Egypt.

Juhayna successfully concludes IPO on the Egyptian Exchange (EGX).

In collaboration with Tetra Pak, Juhayna introduces new (TBA-Edge) technology guaranteeing the highest level of sterilization in unique packaging with modern appeal.

In 2013, EgyFoods Assuit, the first of its kind yogurt manufacturing facility in Upper Egypt begins operation. In addition, Juhayna wins the National Quality Award

New EgyFoods yogurt plan is completed and the operations launched in Sixth of October City. This is a notable step towards recovery, following the loss of the original EgyFoods factory due to the fire in 2010.
