Shrimp Fusilli Pasta
Ingredients :
- 250g fusilli pasta
- 300g shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 cup Juhayna Cooking Cream
- ½ cup Juhayna Milk
- ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp butter
- Salt & black pepper (to taste)
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Step-by-Step Instructions :
Step 1: Cook the Pasta Bring a large pot of salted water to boil. Add the fusilli pasta and cook until al dente (soft but still slightly firm). Drain well and set aside.
Step 2: Sauté the Aromatics In a large skillet, heat the olive oil and butter together. Add the minced garlic and chopped onion, cooking for about 2 minutes until fragrant and golden.
Step 3: Cook the Shrimp Add the shrimp to the pan, season with salt, pepper, and chili flakes if you like it spicy. Cook for 3–4 minutes until the shrimp turn pink and are just cooked through. Remove shrimp from the pan and set aside to avoid overcooking.
Step 4: Prepare the Creamy Sauce In the same skillet, pour in Juhayna Cooking Cream and Juhayna Milk. Stir gently and let it simmer for 2–3 minutes until it starts to thicken. Add the grated parmesan cheese and mix until the sauce becomes smooth, creamy, and rich. Taste and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.
Step 5: Combine Pasta & Shrimp Add the cooked fusilli pasta to the creamy sauce, tossing well until every piece of pasta is coated. Return the shrimp to the pan and stir gently to mix everything together.
Step 6: Serve & Garnish Transfer the creamy shrimp pasta to serving plates. Sprinkle with fresh parsley and extra parmesan cheese if desired. Serve immediately while hot and creamy.
